As a lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Tim knows the ins and outs of both the city and the northern suburbs. Growing up in Glenview, IL and graduating from Loyola Academy, Tim made many friends and connections before starting a career at the Chicago Board of Trade as a floor trader. He raised his kids in the New Trier School District and cheered them on in their numerous high school hockey games and rowing meets over the years. Also, cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks and Bears in his free time. After a successful 30 year career in trading, the trading pits closed allowing Tim to pursue a career in Real Estate, following in the footsteps of his mom (a 35 year veteran of the industry) and his sister (a top agent in Sioux Falls, South Dakota). Tim’s expansive knowledge of the area and his personal experience in renovating homes allowed him to enter the business with a broad understanding of homes, neighborhoods and of course, many connections in the housing industry. Along with his partner Dina, Tim goes above and beyond when working with clients.
